 Quotation and Payment Schedule You will be provided with a document that outlines the proposed project, inclusions, quoted cost and terms & conditions. The Design Brief Upon receipt of deposit, you will recieve a 'design brief' word document. This will assist me in understanding all elements of your business, your vision, customers, competitors, likes and dislikes etc. You simply save the document, complete the answers and email it back to me as an attachment. Presentation of Concepts and Revisions Your initial concepts will be presented within 2 to 5 working days, unless otherwise specified. Concepts and revisions are emailed in png format for your perusal. Its important to take your time and provide as much feedback as possible, feedback is crucial part of the design process that ensures your design will be successful. Supply of Final Files Upon sign off of your design/s, and payment of the final invoice you will be provided with your final files (file types you will receive are outlined here). If you require any extra files or would like to purchase additional concepts please don’t hesitate to ask. |
