Do you require a deposit ?

Yes a 50% deposit is required before design work is commenced, with the remainder due once you have signed off on the project.


Why should I get my logo professionally designed / is it worth the money?

Just as you would leave dental work to a dentist, and medical work to a doctor, you should leave Graphic Design / logo design to a Graphic Designer. The internet is saturated with free or cheap online logo makers. These logos are unprofessional and unoriginal, and you can be guaranteed that hundreds of other businesses will have the same logo as you...so what would be the point ?

What final logo files will I receive ?

You will receive the following logo files in a zip folder;

- EPS vector file for professional printing
- High resolution PDF for professional printing
- High resolution JPEG
- Screen resolution PNG
- Screen resolution transparent GIF
- PDF specs file containing the CMYK colour breakdowns and fonts of your logo


How much will I be involved in the project ?

You can be involved in the project as much or little as you wish. You are always welcome to suggest your own ideas and I will let you know my thoughts.


What if I dont know what I want or like ?

In the design brief I will ask you few questions about your thoughts and ideas, however if you don’t have something in mind and are not sure what you want that is understandable and I will happily work through it with you to find the perfect design solution.


Do you do design work for international customers ?

Absolutely! Payments need to be made via Paypal for international customers.


What are your payment options ?

Australian clients: Direct deposit (Preferred) and cheque.
International: Paypal.


How long will the design project take to complete ?

This varies from job to job, however you will be provided with an estimate of turnaround in your quote document.
It is important to understand that any delay in receiving the brief, text or images, etc. from you and changes in the complexity of the overall project, will change the estimated completion date. I am honest in my communication and keep you updated along the way to ensure that the design process flows as quickly and smoothly as possible.
