I’m pretty sure when I say that we’ve all had pimples at times throughout our lives. Then, at the point you believe that they’re over, you face another round of unsightly pimples! Pimples can be a common skin problem for all age groups and types of skin. Have you ever thought about why these pimples keep popping up even when we’re in our 50s, 40s, and beyond? Most often, they appear in certain regions of our faces, too! Perhaps you find yourself getting these around your chin more often. Maybe on your nose or forehead maybe?

According to the old Chinese technique of mapping faces, the place of your pimples may reveal a lot about your general health. This is because, depending on where your spots appear on your skin, they could be a sign of different factors, from digestive issues to hormonal fluctuations. Continue reading to learn more about the value of facial mapping so that the next time you experience an outbreak, you’ll be aware of what the reason could be and what you can do to assist in resolving it.

First of all, What do you mean by face mapping?

The blemishes that appear between your eyebrows could be an indication of a liver that is overloaded. Liver issues could be the result of a lack of sleep, increased emotions (stress or anxiety, sadness,) or an excess of fats, sugars, and alcohol consumption in the diet. Your lymphatic circulation could be slowing down and may need an extra boost, so consider getting up early dri, drinking a hot glass of lemon water, and taking lots of water throughout your day. And reduce the number of spicy foods and dairy products, alcohol, and, apologies to say it, coffee! Also, increase your intake of essential fats, some,ga-3 and 6, in your diet. Avocados and olive oil in your salad can help. Also, rest as yourself; the liver requires enough time to recuperate and rest.

Temples

The forehead’s corners, which are surrounded by temples, symbolize the kidneys.

Sleep deprivation, poor diet, and dehydration affect the kidney’s function. Another reason could be a deficiency in minerals, particularly iron. To combat this, you take steps to help support your kidneys. This includes reducing stress and drinking plenty of fluids (spring water, coconut water, coconut water herbal tea, hydrolytes! ). Also, make sure that you are getting enough rest. Also, be aware of your food habits (eat plenty of vegetables and fruits) and avoid sodium-rich foods.

Cheeks

If you are seeing pimples often visible on your face, it may be a sign of respiratory problems or allergies, as the area that is affected can be linked to the lung. The most commonly cited triggers include dairy, soy, processed sugar, gluten, and alcohol. You should remove these foods for a month to observe what your body’s reaction is to the changes and replace the greens with a healthy dose of the leaf. Be mindful of the quality of your air in your surroundings since pollution can cause havoc to your skin.

Jawline

The breakouts that occur in this area are usually attributed to hormonal changes, especially in females. It’s not unusual to encounter pimples during your menstrual cycle. However, persistent acne on the jawline may be a sign of polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS) or digestive issues; therefore, you may want to have a blood test done to help your doctor gain a better understanding of your hormone levels. This can help assess how your thyroid is working.

If you notice that you suffer from hormone-related breakouts, you have plenty of options to alleviate them. Consider removing caffeine (ok, this may be a huge ask, but at the very least, attempt to reduce it) and eliminating processed sugars, dried fruits, bread, wine diary, white flour, soy, gluten food, and fried such as peanut butter, and even fruits such as bananas and grapes (high levels of sugar). A diet that is rich in omega-3 food sources will be extremely helpful, as will controlling the stress levels. Taking vitamin D3 supplements, exercising regularly, and getting enough sleep can do wonders in returning your hormones to their natural equilibrium!

Chin

If you’re prone to chin pimples, It could be linked to the stomach. Be sure to up your intake of fiber sta, be clear of hydrogenated fats as well as processed sugars, and be mindful of the time you consume food (no eating dinner before bed!)

Nose

Your routine for skincare and habits may be a major factor in your appearance when you have pimples. The use of harsh or irritating products may affect the balance of your skin, which can lead to irritation and breakouts. While exfoliation and cleansing are essential, washing too often or excessive exfoliation could remove essential oils, causing the skin’s sebum production, which is a defense mechanism. Make sure to use natural products that are free of irritating chemicals and follow a wholesome daily routine for your skincare.

 

Do not pick or squeeze those pimples!

However tempting it might be, you should avoid picking or popping pimples since it can cause the formation of scars and breakouts.

Sleep enough

We’ve said it repeatedly, and I have to apply what I’ve been preaching; however, sleep is so crucial; it’s the second most vital thing after water. Sleep isn’t just an opportunity for our body to recuperate and recover but also a time when our skin is repaired and regenerated also. Therefore, as difficult as it can be at times or not possible if you’re working on loads of work, make sure to shut that laptop down, switch off the television, or take a break from scrolling on Facebook to wind down for the evening, and sleep in the time your body requires and deserves.

 

Remember that your face is an illuminating mirror that reflects what’s happening within your body! If you understand the underlying principles of face mapping, you will gain a better understanding of your overall well-being! By taking note of the particular spot of your pimples, you can treat any issues that may be underlying. Keep in mind that clear skin isn’t solely about how you treat your skin topically; it’s also about nourishment from within as well!
